Morris Berezin photo taken circa 1916 As told by Enid Berezin: My grandmother had this portrait made of my father in around 1916 when he was about 5 and just before starting school and having to have his hair cut. We still have his golden ringlets (4 of them) in a blue statin box that my grandmother saved. Over 100 years old and still as white/gold as ever. People first think the painting is of me as I take after my father's colouring, etc. So, when my father died my Mother asked if I wanted the painting and of course I gladly took it and it is hanging in our dining room. A couple of years ago I got the brainy idea to take this side by side photo. A little interesting tidbit I hope you enjoyed hearing.
